Poor Quality Conversitions

This ap if ok, but not much better than that. It has an odd Windows-ish UI, but more importantly, the conversion quality is poor and pixelated, compared to other aps I have used. The sampling rate is very low, so the converted file size is small, but again, very low quality. There doesnt seem to be way to vary the sampling rate.
